Returns

You have 30 days from the day your kit arrives to start a return.

What we take back

• Unworn, unwashed kits with any tags still attached
• Wrong item, wrong size or wrong kit sent — entirely on us, we cover everything
• Damaged or defective on arrival — send a photo and we will make it right

What we cannot take back

• Custom kits from Build Your Own with a name, number or patches applied. These are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so please use the size guide or DM us before ordering.
• Kits that have been worn, washed or altered

Who pays

If we made the mistake, we cover return shipping and the replacement. If the kit is correct and you simply want a different size or changed your mind, return shipping is on you. Once it arrives back with us and checks out, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges

Sizing is the reason for most returns, so it is worth saying plainly: check the size guide first, and remember that Player Version runs a full size smaller than Fan Version. If you are between sizes, DM us before you order.

How to start one

DM @kitculture.fut with your order details and what went wrong. We will reply with the return address and next steps. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
