Is this site legit?
Kit Culture is run by three friends in Fort Worth, Texas — Giovanni, Jesus and Angel. We were selling kits through Instagram DMs long before this site existed, and most of our customers came from a friend telling them about us. If you want to check us out first, DM @kitculture.fut and you will get a reply from a real person, usually within the hour.
What does "Fan Version" mean?
It describes the cut and build of the shirt, not a licensing status. Fan Version is the relaxed everyday fit. Player Version is cut slim and athletic. Every kit on the site right now is Player Version, and it runs a full size smaller than Fan Version — please read the size guide before you order. See our Product Disclosure for the full detail.
How do I pay? Is my card charged on the site?
No card is charged here, and we never see your card details. You place an order, we confirm it, and we send you a payment request for Apple Pay — or you can pay in Bitcoin, which confirms automatically. Nothing goes into production until payment is settled.
How much is shipping?
$7.99 flat, and free on orders over $75. US shipping only right now. Everything ships tracked.
How fast does it ship?
Every kit is made to order, so allow 2 to 3 weeks from payment to your door. We do not hold stock — your kit is produced for you, quality-checked, and shipped. Local to Fort Worth? Choose pickup and skip shipping entirely.
What sizes do you carry?
S through 2XL on the site. 3XL and 4XL are available on most kits, and we do kids sizes too — DM us for either. Before you pick a size, remember that Player Version runs a full size smaller than Fan Version, so check the size guide first.
What if it doesn't fit?
Unworn kits with the tags on can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom kits built with a name, number or patches cannot be returned, since they are made specifically for you. Message us first and we will sort it out — see Returns.
Do kits sell out?
No. Every kit is made to order, so nothing is ever out of stock. If you can see it on the site, you can order it.
How does the loyalty program work?
Join free and take 10% off your first kit. After that, every 5th kit is free — buy four, and the fifth one is on us. It is counted against your email automatically, so there is nothing to remember and nothing to carry. Your free kit comes off the total at checkout the moment you have earned it — it lands on your next order and comes off as the cheapest kit on it.
The reward is the jersey, not the postage. Shipping is charged as normal on a free-kit order, so a single free kit on its own costs you standard shipping rather than nothing. A free kit and a discount code cannot be stacked, and the free kit itself does not count toward earning your next one.
Can I earn money reselling for you?
Yes. Our ambassador program gives you your own code, $10 for every kit sold through it, and 10% off for anyone who uses it. You get a login to track your earnings. Apply here.
