Kit Culture is based in Fort Worth, Texas. This explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to get your kit to you, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
- Order details — your name, email, phone, shipping address and what you ordered
- Account details — if you join our loyalty programme, your email and referral code
- Custom kit details — the name and number you asked us to print
- Usage data — pages viewed and searches run on the site, so we know what to stock and what to fix
- Messages — anything you send us by DM or email
We do not collect or store your card numbers. Payment is handled by our payment provider.
Why we have it
- To make, ship and support your order
- To answer your questions
- To run the loyalty, referral and ambassador programmes
- To send you order updates, and marketing emails only if you asked for them
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
Who else sees it
Only the businesses we need to run Kit Culture:
- Our manufacturing and shipping partners, who need your name and address to deliver your kit
- Our payment providers
- Our website hosting and database providers
That is it. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. We will only hand over data if the law requires it.
Cookies and browser storage
We use browser storage to remember your cart, your loyalty code and your preferences between visits, and basic analytics to count page views. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.
Order emails are transactional — you get those because you bought something. Marketing emails only go out if you opted in, and every one of them has an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting and support. You can ask us to delete your account details at any time.
Your choices
DM @kitculture.fut or email us and we will tell you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. We may need to keep basic order records even after deleting your account.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Kids kits are ordered by a parent or guardian.
Security
We use reputable hosting and payment providers and limit who can access customer data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
